SEGS will replace a SEGS capsule that has been damaged for the fee of $6.00 per coin plus return shipping and insurance.  SEGS will inspect the damaged capsule and render an assessment of the damage.  If SEGS determines that the damage is due to a defect in the capsule or in the encapsulation process the capsule will be replaced and a refund issued to the submitter to reimburse the fees paid.

If the damage is deemed to have resulted from neglect, misuse, mishandling, or improper storage the client will be responsible for all fees including shipping, and insurance.
